It was the first time we visited Mackie's Family Restaurant and we loved it. The food was really good, the service was very friendly, and the prices were fair. We liked the little detail they had where they sent to some tables the hot sauce along with other condiments, nice touch! We definitely recommend Mackie's and we're looking forward to coming back to it.

This is a wonderful place to have breakfast. Everything is delicious and they even bake their own bread. The walls are covered in art for sale. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back, thank you.

Don't know what took me so long to go to this place. Breakfast is amazing there. Staff is super friendly, and the mimosa selection is HUGH! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

What a wonderful breakfast dining experience...!! Mackie's very much reminded me of the old, small-town diners of N.E. PA in towns in and around where my Father had grown up..... the breakfast was wonderful.... the service was wonderful....and the olde world, yesteryear charm & ambiance was wonderful.... Catch my drift??? Wonderful!!! Make a plan on going to Mackie's.... a wonderful dining spot to start your wonderful day!! Q

Fantastic breakfast. Quick service. Cozy atmosphere. Wife got the French toast with bacon, I got corned beef hash benedict. Both were amazing. Lots of different selections of Mimosas. Highly recommend!

I'm a traveler and don't know much about local history, but thank goodness for family restaurants. Showing a very good breakfast sandwich with an extra sausage patty. All else is standard.

Great spot for a quick breakfast. The food is delicious and the service is quick! I ordered "the Bob," which is essentially a breakfast sampler - eggs, toast, meat, homefries, pancake, French toast, coffee and a juice... Lots of food but it was so tasty, I'm embarrassed to say I ate it all.As of mid-June 2020 they've got a few tables for outside dining, so stop by in the morning for a quick bite!
